Program Components:

1. Entrepreneurial Training Workshops:
   • Session 1: Introduction to Entrepreneurship
   • Session 2: Business Idea Generation and Validation
   • Session 3: Business Planning and Strategy
   • Session 4: Marketing and Branding Basics
   • Session 5: Financial Management and Budgeting
   • Session 6: Legal and Regulatory Considerations for Small Businesses
2. Mentorship Program:
   • Pair each participant with an experienced mentor from a relevant business background.
   • Regular mentor-mentee meetings to discuss challenges, set goals, and receive guidance.
3. Small Business Incubation:
   • Provide access to shared workspaces, resources, and equipment for initial business setup.
   • Assistance in obtaining necessary licenses and permits.
4. Financial Support:
   • Establish a small fund to provide microloans or grants to eligible participants for business initiation.
   • Educate participants on financial literacy and responsible borrowing.
